Each report covers St. Lucie County, Port St. Lucie and Fort Pierce: median sale price, days on market, sale-to-list ratio, listings and price reductions from public sources, plus what the numbers mean for buyers and sellers.

How to read these numbers

  • Median sale price: half of homes sold for more, half for less. Redfin reports it over a rolling three months.
  • Days on market: Redfin’s figure is for homes that sold. Realtor.com®’s is for listings still on the market. They measure different things, so they won’t match.
  • Sale-to-list ratio: the average sale price as a percentage of the final list price. Under 100% means homes sold below list on average.
  • Months of inventory: how long the current listings would last at the current pace of sales.

Public sources: Redfin housing market pages (Port St. Lucie, Fort Pierce) and Realtor.com® Economic Research data. All figures are for all residential property types. Information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed.
