Information we collect
We collect only what you choose to send through a form: your name, email, phone (optional on most forms), property address (optional unless you request a home value report), your question or notes, and your consent choices. We use it to answer you and to follow up about your inquiry. Isaiah James and Coldwell Banker Realty may use it to respond.
How forms are processed
Forms on this site are processed by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service that receives your submission and forwards it by email to Isaiah James (see Web3Forms’ privacy policy). Your submission is then kept in Isaiah James’s email.
Calls & texts
We only call or text you using automated technology if you check the optional consent box. Consent isn’t a condition of any purchase. Reply STOP to opt out. We don’t sell your phone number or share it for third-party marketing.
Analytics, cookies & third parties
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and measure page speed. It doesn’t use cookies or local storage and doesn’t identify or track you across sites (see Cloudflare’s privacy policy). This site doesn’t use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Fonts are hosted on this site, so loading a page doesn’t contact Google Fonts.
